This month Goji Boutique joined ventures with 5 of Kuwait’s leading men who having placed a very important mark on Kuwait’s youth; footballer Aziz Mashaan, fitness expert Yousef Al Qanai, designer Fahad Al Marzouq, the mastermind behind 10oh8.com Mohammed Sultan Al-Essa, and stylist/fashion journalist Yousef Al-Taher.
The main purpose of the shoot was to raise awareness to two very important social and environmental issues. The first is to celebrate Earth Day, which takes place on 22nd of April. The second is to raise funds and awareness for the work of Hayatt Cancer Foundation, a non-profit organization, founded by humanitarian and social activist Mrs. Ruqayah Al-Qatami, a grandmother who was touched by her grandson’s tragic battle with cancer, took that tragedy and transformed it into a way to help cancer patients in Kuwait.
Each gentleman modeled t-shirts from eco-friendly brand TreeShirt. They also wore the famous PEACE bracelets, from Toby by Hatem Alakeel, both exclusively sold at Goji, to lend a helping hand for those in need and in order to help raise funds through the sale of the bracelets with all proceedings going to the Hayatt Cancer Foundation.

This is definitely a very admiring initiative taken by Goji to build a positive image and encouraging retailers and individuals alike to get involved in issued related to their communities. Well done Goji!
