With their couture inspired silhouettes, Lebanese designer Dina JSR unveils her second collection of cocktail and evening dresses for the A/W 2012 season. Her collection is a tribute to the Swiss architect Mario Botta, who uses simple lines to create graphic volumes.
Dina's aesthetic eye and ability to combine abstract origami and architectural features to her feminine designs are one of the main reasons why I was immediately drawn to her designs when I first got introduced to her work back in October 2011 and posted about her here. I'm glad that she stayed true to her signature architectural designs as that what distinguishes her from other designers within our region. Looking forward to what she comes up with next.
