I fell in love with these cross ear cuff earrings, which I have spotted at Shop'n'Drop boutique the other day. They would definitely add a whole new level of coolness to your casual chic outfit.

Tod's Rainbow
Bright yellow, hot fuchsia, and yummy orange... I love it when classic Tod's presents fun and bright colors for the new season. I spotted these oh-so-perfect-for-the-summer Tod's flats at the brand's boutique in Salhiya Complex the other day as part of the brand's cruise collection. They'd be cool to pair with cropped pants. Price tag? Around KD 115. Comfy and colorful. I like!

Karl Lagerfeld's Christmas Window Display for Chanel at Le Printemps
Knowing how obsessed I am with beautifully decorated window displays, my super sweet friend F, who happens to be in Paris to celebrate New Year's eve.. le sigh!, has sent me these beautiful photos of Karl Lagerfeld's Christmas window display for Chanel at Le Printemps in Paris.
The eleven storefront windows paid homage to the designer and iconic moments in Chanel's history. They had 60 animated puppets on display like miniature Lagerfelds as a photographer, dancing ballerinas, and adorable PAN AM-like flight attendants dressed in elegant and classic designs from previous collections. I wonder how much effort and cost it would take to pull off such an amazing display!

Stick to the List
You gotta love Chanel! While shopping at the brand's boutique in Salhiya, I was given Chanel's Christmas catalogue titled: Stick to the List. So I skimmed through its pages, and I noticed that each featured item was actually a sticker that can be peeled out and stuck anywhere. A booklet of stickers!?! Cool concept! I wish it existed when I was 8 years old and into collecting stickers!

Kurt Geiger into Accessories Now
While shopping at Kurt Geiger the other day, I noticed for the first time that they were selling accessories like hairpins, necklaces and bracelets (perfect to rock that arm party!) and small leather goods like belts, wallets and iPad cases (ideal for gifts!) at very affordable prices. According to the saleslady, Kurt Geiger has just launches this line of new accessories and it’s called Everything But The Dress, a very self-explanatory slogan.

Just Like Gucci and Prada...
Kurt Geiger presented a budget-friendly version of Gucci's green colored python platform heels as seen on the brand's A/W 2012 runway. I spotted them at Kurt Geiger boutique in the Avenues Phase II. And speaking of colored python accessories, spotted this red oversized clutch at Zara, very Prada Like, no?

Some People Think I'm Bonkers
Ever since I have received an e-mail from BonkerBox about their new cool concept of a portable photo-booth and Dizzee Rascal's song "Bonkers" have been playing constantly in my head! Anyhow, I have two announcements to make: 1) I have created a new page on my blog titled Dear Confashion, where you will find a list of all the latest announcements about new regional businesses and special promotions which I receive frequently by e-mail. This way, the Save the Date page, will be focused merely on current events going around K-town and beyond. And 2) Find out more about BonkerBox by clicking on Dear Confashion page... by the way, how gorgeous is this fur coat?!

Styling Kenzo
If you've been following me on twitter, tumblr, or instagr.am, you would know that I was invited by KENZO team to dress up nine of their mannequins, six on the window display and three in-store, at their Avenues Phase II boutique. It was quite challenging because I had to dress up eight out of the nine mannequins using their new cruise/resort collection. And I'm sure most shopaholics are aware that resort or cruise lines are to some extent limited. So I tired to create a different look on each of the mannequins. The easiest mannequin I have styled was the one which I mixed cruise with statement pieces from the brand's défilé line A/W 2012, that fur jacket! Sigh! Anyhow, it was definitely a fun experience and a loved every minute of it, just as much as I loved styling DKNY a few months back. Scroll down for some bits and pieces about this fun task...
I loved the leather belts at KENZO, they were very soft and make a great statement piece if you want to accentuate your waist line.
Check out the mannequin on the right striking a "talk-to-the-hand" pose. I loved that cobalt blue blazer with its printed silk lining.
Now THIS is the statement belt that I got, it's in the season's "it" color bright mint green. Loved it!
Mix and unmatch different colors in the same family
Pretty embroidery on one of KENZO's belts
Unfortunately I forgot to take a full photo of this off-white button down shirt from the brand's cruise collection (but you can see it a bit in the last photo). I luuuved it's full shape. Perfect for long and hot summer days.
I used KENZO's cute round brooches and attached them to metallic necklaces to add some flair to the final look. They looked very Marni-like.

Just Like Chloé...
Spotted this pretty emerald green Snakeskin print midi-skirt at TopShop, which looked very similar to Chloé's runway version for its A/W 2011 collection. I tried it on and I actually liked the fit and quality, not too shabby for high street quality! Definitely channeling Chloé for less. Price tag? KD 28.
