I'm loving what i'm seeing lately. Companies and retailers in Kuwait are thinking outside the box and moving away from the "scratch & win" strategy and coming up with innovative marketing stratigies by involving the community and consumers through culutral and artistic competitions and challanges. Examples:- TopShop is offering a competition where clients can design a mural that will be displayed in TopShop stores throughout the Middle East. 1 winner to be chosen by the TopShop UK Team and he/she will receive vouchers worth KD 500 and will get to travel to all flagship stores in this region to implement their winning design. Click here.
- IKEA is giving the opportunity to talented Kuwaiti interior designers to display their work and creations at IKEA showroom during their Kuwaiti Talent Week from 16th to 23rd April.
- And remember my post about Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait offering a client and a friend the chance to attend Vivienne Westwood's London Fashion Week show. The lucky winner got to stay at Claridges Hotel, a five star, deluxe, luxury hotel located in Mayfair.
Way to go! And hope to see more companies and retailers in Kuwait and the region following this trend.

I was wondering if you knew of any events that were taking place for Kuwait Talent Week? and where they would be located, or who I could contact? Thank you.
Sarah
