FashionAddicts.Net.. A New Kuwaiti e-Mall

I know today is not Wednesday, but I felt like sharing this with you. Have you heard of FashionAddicts.net? "It's a new Kuwaiti e-Mall, where you can shop online and get your goods delivered to your door step" stated the owner of FashionAddicts Mariam Al-Salem .

You can browse various categories on FashionAddicts.net such as: Accessories, bags, shoes, Swarovski wear, women's dresses, women's sports wear, and women's tops. Currently, they only accept cash on delivery as a payment and they only accept orders from within Kuwait. Eventually, they will add other methods of payment, and they will start serving international customers.

Not all products on display are owned by FashionAddicts. In fact, if you're a store owner or run an at home business, you can display your products and goods online through FashionAddicts.net. 15% to 20% will be added on your original price, and that includes the shipping/delivery costs.

So if you're interested, you can e-mail them here.

Interesting. But they really need to add more products to the site. It's almost empty, and the accessories section shud be called "bracelets section". They kinda lack diversity. I dunno.. maybe its cuz they're new? And am not sure about the prices either..

Online shopping sites are becoming a "haba" in q8, like every other trend we go thru. To beat competition, maybe they need to do something "more" to differentiate themselves from the others. I like the idea of working with ppl who hav businesses to sell their products by displaying them on the site. But still.. it needs more.

Good luck to them anyway.

And wats up with not having brand names? Brand names say something about the quality and ppl like to know they're getting their money's worth.

I agree. The site does miss a lot of vital elements. There has to be an introduction, or to be more politically correct an "About us" section, to give an overview of the site. Plus they need to display more products, have an FAQs section.. etc. But as you said maybe because they're new, the site will be completed by time? Who know. But I admire them for taking the initiative. They just need to be more focused.

That's what I call constructive criticism :)

I find the website very creative..
but i have a question for those who name such websites as "habba"
why is it in Kuwait that whenever someone does a thing people named it "habba" ?
other countries produces 10 such websites a day, and if this is habba then lets call hair styles, makeup, cars, even words habbat and that all what we have in Q8.

I think we should encourage the young people's business, by giving suggestions and comments to make them correct mistakes and improve their work.
